A few small improvements were made.

• HUD is less intrusive. The timer is on the top right of the screen and the 'love' meter disappears when it is not being changed to allow better vision.
• 'Knight' enemies are a bit slower in the beginning stages, as new players have difficulty with them.
•  The tutorial dialog is now less likely to be interrupted and missed. It will now tell players explicitly that they can warp to the other side of the map by pressing into boundaries. This is important for getting the good ending.
• The pause menu sounds are a bit less annoying.

Linux users will have to wait until I can get access to my other computer to receive this update; albeit, I don't believe I'll really be keeping anyone waiting.
